Flip 'n Patties began in a garage, where we spent our days steaming siopaos and frying lumpia to share our family's recipes. In 2012, we hit the road as a food truck, bringing authentic Filipino flavors to the streets of Houston. By 2017, we officially planted roots with our first restaurant, blending the bold energy of our truck days with a side of karaoke magic.
